1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ใ ๐กโ๐งโ๐ ใ API you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. API Usage
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the API in your applications.
- Rate limits apply according to your agreed plan.
- The API may not be used for illegal, abusive or infringing purposes.
- You are responsible for securing your API tokens and credentials.
3. Plans & Payment
- Plans are arranged directly through Telegram (@ntmteraapi); there is no online checkout on this site.
- Plan scope (request volume, validity, support level) is confirmed in the chat before activation.
- Plans are non-refundable once the validity period has started, unless the service fails to meet its uptime commitment.
- There are no automatic renewals โ you choose when to extend.
4. Fair Use Policy
We may throttle or suspend tokens that exceed plan limits, degrade service for other users, or attempt to reverse-engineer and bypass security measures.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via Telegram.
6. Limitation of Liability
The API is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including data loss or download failures caused by third-party TeraBox changes.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
